1. How do I list my property on KennelSearch?

All KennelSearch listings are By Invitation. This way we pre-screen all businesses and assure the integrity of our directories to provide a fair playing field.

If you have not yet received an Invitation Letter, simply Contact Us Here and we will guide you in the right direction.

2. Our property caters for more than one category, we board both Dogs and Cats, how does that work?

KennelSearch offers the possibility to run clearly defined listings in various booking categories, making it easy to administer

3. We run a Veterinary Surgery and offer Boarding as well, how do we register for the relevant directories?

Directories cover both Accommodation Properties as well as 5 Pet Services Businesses. You can list any combination of your businesses.

1. How do I customize my listing step by step?

Please go back to your registration welcome email for your Username and Password.

Login to the Instructional Training Videos section, which is exclusive to registered users. All the steps involved in setting up your property are explained in short and simple video segments.

2. I have a technical challenge

Check the Videos first in the relevant section. If no solution is apparent please don't hesitate to contact our friendly support team, and let us help.

3. Where can I get a Book Online Now icon to place on my own website that connects visitors with my KennelSearch booking engine?

Contact Us Here, and we will manually generate the code that the button links to, in order for a visitor to arrive directly in your property details page on the search database.

If you have both a Cattery and a Dog Kennel, you need to place one button each on the relevant detail pages in your own website in order for your visitors to end up in the correct KennelSearch booking module.
