I am aware that if for any reason, I don't like what KennelSearch can do for my business, I can send an email for a hassle free, cancellation because we hate jumping through hoops as much as you do.

If this is 1 or 17 Days after my trial has finished and I forgot to Cancel and I was charged and I want a refund, it will be given to me, also hassle free, because we forget about these things, just like you do. You have a trial, no hassle refund period. After that trial, we still won't hassle you.

I'm well aware that my business improvement results are up to me, I need to USE the tools KennelSearch offers, in order to get the most out of them. It is my responsibility to create results in my life.

I am aware that there are nice people that will answer the phone at 61 8-9467 9637 if I have questions and that if they don't answer the phone and I leave a message, I will get a return phone call within 2 business days. (M-F) I agree to be nice to these people that answer the phone because they are sweet people  who are there to help me.

I know that If I am rude to our customer service people, my account will be canceled and refund will be given for any un-used services.

I know that the KennelSearch team will do their very best to give me the best they have to help me. I promise I'll use what the KennelSearch team teaches me to help my business with this fantastic technology, help others and make the world a better place.

I promise to give feedback, good or bad, to help make the system better for everyone.

I understand that AFTER the trial finishes, if I like the system and I don't cancel, I will be billed for the continued use of the program at the standard monthly subscription rate (as I agreed during my registration or subsequent subscription renewal with the site), and that I may cancel anytime I feel like it, without hassle.

I also understand that the subscription rate is based on a "no-commission" policy, and that this may be reviewed and possibly re-structured upon further notice in future.
